  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
  • Develop detailed project plan to track progress
  • Develop deep understanding on business functions and applications
  • Test, monitor and resolve outstanding issues/bugs
  • Manage and identify potential risk and recommend mitigation controls
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with industry partners on new initiatives
  • Preferably Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines in IT
  • At least 5 years’ proven experience as Project Manager in the IT sector

We are looking for an Executive Assistant that is capable of multi-tasking, planning and reporting to the management level. Important tasks and missions will be entrusted to the Executive Assistant, he/she should be able to take on stress while completing the tasks and missions. Responsibilities:
  • Personal assistant to the Director and assist in day-to-day office administrative support to all employees in the organisation
  • Provide secretarial and general office administrative support
  • Preparing reports, documents, presentation materials and company minutes
  • Complete broad administrative tasks for Director, including managing an active calendar for appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Plan, coordinate and follow up to ensure the Director’s schedule is followed and to be respected
  • Work closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well informed of upcoming responsibility and commitment, following up appropriately and proactively
  • Act as the backup for Admin Executive when she is not in office
  • Min. Diploma/Degree or relevant experience.
  • Min 2 years of Executive/Secretarial experience
  • Strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, and vendors
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required
