Terms & Conditions
1.Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Provider’s privacy policy.
2.Promotion
The CNY 2018 Special is the Provider’s exclusive promotion which is unrelated to the ICV grant. This promotion is a limited time only promotion for this Chinese New Year (2018).
This promotion is NOT applicable along with other promotions and discounts.
This promotion is only applicable to leasing and purchase packages of a minimum value of SGD4,000.
3.Participation
The participant is obliged to provide accurate, current and complete information when participating in the promotion. The Provider may request a winner, before presenting the award or product, to provide proof of their identity and residence information previously provided by the participant.
4.Decision
The decision of The Provider is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results and the awarding of the product.
5.Product
The product (Dashcam) is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or other products or services. In case of refusal or non-acceptance of the product or conditions that are inherent to the competition, the Dashcam will not be awarded. In that case, the Provider is entitled to choose another winner.
The product is awarded in its current state. The Provider is not responsible for any visible or hidden defects in the product nor for any damage during delivery (shipping) of the product.
Only ONE product can be awarded to each entity, regardless of the number of vehicles the entity has. A sub-brand/company can be considered a separate entity.
6. Notice and changes
The Provider is entitled to, at its discretion and without notice, change or modify these terms and conditions specific to the competitions for the duration of the contest and without giving a reason to discontinue, modify or adapt the competition for reasons of its own without any obligation to compensate any damages on behalf of the participant. Any changes or adaptations within the promotion will be made public in an appropriate manner (e.g. via its website).
If one or more conditions of the General and/or specific terms and conditions competitions are void or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of the General and/or specific Terms and Conditions Competitions.
